We have been managing rented properties in Melbourne and particularly in the Inner South-East for over 25 years. We are the specialists when it comes to residential property management. Finding The Right Tenants For Your Asset
The task of finding good tenants can be a headache for landlords, so we remove that pain by handling the entire lettings process. From valuing your property, to finding your tenants, to checking references to getting the legalities in order, we take care of everything.
Our letting process is thorough and is designed to find the best tenants for your property. We take a brief from you on any particular restrictions you have on types of tenant or duration of tenancy; and we properly check the tenants’ references and conduct credit checks. We then handle the signing of the tenancy agreements, typically for an initial 12 months and the collection of the bond and first month’s rent.

Are you local to me?
Our office is on Toorak Rd and most of our landlords’ properties are within 30 min of Inner South-East Melbourne. If you are in any of these areas, we are ideally situated to look after your property.
Who will I deal with on a day-to-day basis?
MAC Property feel it’s important that our landlords deal with the same person and not a different member of staff each time they get in touch. You would therefore be allocated your own property manager who knows your property, to be your single point of contact. If at any point you wanted to change your property manager, you can do that too.
How often will you inspect my property?
Your property manager will inspect your property at least twice a year. If there are any maintenance issues we need to oversee, we will then inspect more frequently.
Do you handle out of hours emergencies?
Yes. If your tenant has a property-related emergency outside of office ours, they can call our 24/7 maintenance team. If the situation is then confirmed to be an emergency that needs to be dealt with, MAC Property will conduct the work immeadiately.
What contractors do you use to deal with property issues?
We work with a selection of local contractors, many of which we’ve worked with for over 10 years. Over that time, they have consistently proven themselves to be reliable and good value. And unlike some other property management companies, we don’t add a commission on top of the contactors’ fees. You only pay what the contractor charges.
